On January 28th at about 4pm Christiana Fire Company was alerted to Assist Minquas of Newport for a fire in the building at the Del Tech Stanton campus. Tower 12 responded with 5 members. They arrived and assisted with extinguishment of a small fire on the 2nd floor. The Tower cleared in about a hour. In the early morning hours of Saturday the 30th of January Christiana and neighboring companies were alerted for a townhouse on fire in Cobblestone near the Bear Library. Duty Chief (Lux) arrived with smoke showing from the roof. Engine 126 arrived and placed a attack line in service and quickly extinguished a basement fire. Searches proved negative. There were no injuries. Units cleared in about a hour and a half.
