1730hrs on the 21st of November, Minquas Fire(23) with assist from Christiana Fire and New Castle Co Special ops teams for a vehicle collision with entrapment, AAA Blvd & Stanton Christiana Rd. Reported vehicle into a retention pond with subject stuck inside. Units arrived to find same. Crews donned water rescue gear and entered water and removed one subject. Chief 23 had the Newport command.
