December 3rd at 1707hrs Christiana Fire was dispatched to assist Wilmington Manor (28/32) on a reported motel on fire on Dupont hwy. Engine 28 & Ladder 12 arrived together finding smoke showing from a occupied room. Bystanders reported a subject trapped in the room and the Ladder crew quickly made entry finding and removing a victim. Engine 12 arrived shortly after and stood by as Rit. Crews operated for just over a hour.
