While Engine and Ladder 12 were returning from the Newark box on East Main St. Box 1221 was sounded for a trailer on fire in the Waterford Trailer Park. Engine 6 was clearing a fire alarm call and responded with Ladder and Engine 12. Engine 6 arrived to find a single wide trailer with smoke showing. The crew established a water supply and stretched an attack line into the trailer. The fire was knocked down. Engine 12 arrived and deployed a back up line while Ladder 12 conducted the primary search. Searches were negative and the fire was controlled with one water line. Units operated for 2 hours overhauling and making sure he fire was completely extinguished. There were no injuries.
