0330hrs on Friday, May 20th Christiana and mutual aide dispatched for a Box Alarm in Sparrow Run section of the District, reported as odor of smoke in a townhouse. 2nd call reported as smoke on the 1st floor. Christiana Units arrived to find a outside fire that extended into the 1st floor of a middle of the row townhouse. Fire was quickly controlled and searches were proved negative. State Fire Marshall is handling the investigstion.
