On June 24th Engine 18 was alerted to a fire alarm at the Nixon Uniform company. While Engine 18 was responding the 911 center recieved a call reporting a fire in the building. The call was upgraded to a box alarm. Engine 18 arrived and reported smoke showing. Ladder 6 dash 12 and Engine 12 were added to the assignment and responded. Units arrived and were put to work helping 1st arriving units. Engine 12 and Ladder 6 operated for 45 minutes.
