On July 23rd Box 1216 was transmitted for an apartment fire at the Villas Apartments off Christiana Road. Engine 12 and Ladder 12 were clearing a fire alarm and responded. Command 12 arrived and reported multiple people on the balconies with a fire in the building. Engine 12 arrived and established a water supply and stretched an attack line to the 3rd floor. All residents that were on the balconies were removed. Engine 12 found a fire in a third floor apartment. The fire was knocked down and all remaining searches were negative. Companies operated for one hour and forty minutes
