On August 1 box 2800 was transmitted for a house on fire on Roosevelt Ave in Wilmington Manor. Engine 12 and Rescue Engine 12 responded. (Ladder 12 was out of service) Engine 28 arrived with smoke showing. Engine 12 arrived and deployed an backup line while Rescue Engine 12 took second special service. The water lines made quick work of the fire and all searches were negative. Companies operated for one hour.
