Engine and Ladder 12 were alerted to smoke in a multiple dwelling on box 2109. Ambulance 2 arrived and reported smoke showing. Ladder 217 arrived and stretched an attack line. Engine 12 assisted with getting the line into the apartment. Ladders 9 and 12 completed the support tasks of searches, ladders,ventilation and utilities. The fire was controlled and all searches were negative. Units operated for one hour.
