On 3/12/14 A box alarm was sounded for a house on fire in the Brookside area of Newark. Deputy Chief 9 and Engine 9 arrived to find fire showing from a one story ranch house. Engine 12 arrived and assisted with the backup line. Engine 12 operated for 40 minutes. Searches were negative.
On 3/12/14 Box 1233 was sounded for a Trailer on fire in Glasgow Court Trailer Park. Engine 6 arrived to find fire showing. Companies got water on the fire and operated in the defensive posture. Companies operated for 1 hour. There were no injuries.
