On March 13th A Box alarm was transmitted for a Townhouse on fire. Engine 12 arrived to find smoke showing. A hydrant was secured and an attack line was stretched. The Engine crew found a fire in the second floor and extinguished the fire. Ladder 9 arrived and conducted the primary search as well as the basement check. All searches were negative and units operated for 40 minutes.
On March 14th Box 0980 was sounded for a apartment fire at the Morgan Crossing apartments. Chief 98 arrived and reported smoke showing. Engine 12 arrived and secured a water supply. An attack line was stretched to the third floor. The crew found a fire in a third floor apartment and extinguished the fire. Searches were conducted and the apartment was overhauled. Searches were negative. Companies operated for one hour. There were no injuries.
