On Friday the 13th a Level 2 assignment was sounded for a commercial vehicle fire on I95 near South College Ave. Engine 7 arrived to find to a race car on fire in a car carrier. Engine 12, Engine 9 arrived and operated with Engine 7. Tanker 33 was special called by Chief Schall. to the assignment. Units worked for 45 minutes to extinguish the fire. Traffic was congested for several hours due to the emergency. There were no injuries.
