On November 16th Box 1215 was sounded for a chimney on fire. Engine 12,32,18,3 Ladders 12 and 28 and Rescue Engine 23 responded. Engine 12 arrived to find fire showing on all floors in the rear of the townhouse. The fire was burning the exterior of the home up into the roof. Engine 12 established a water supply and stretched an attack line thru the front door and got water on the fire. Engine 32 arrived and got a line to the 2nd floor. Ladder 12 performed the primary search and the operator provided the side C report as well getting the ladder to the roof and providing vertical ventilation. Engine 18 was assigned side C to flank and wet down all three floors. Command request a extra Engine an Ladder bring engine 22 and ladder 18. Engine 3 and and Ladder 28 got a line into and searched expouser B. The fire was controlled in about 20 minutes. All searches were negative. There were no injures and units operated for hours an 30 minutes.
