On December 21st Ladder 12 transferred to Station 13 for the second time in 24 hours. The crew arrived at station 13 when the 3rd alarm was transmitted bring Ladder 12 to the scene. A mayday had been declared bring the 3rd alarm to the scene. The mayday was cleared prior to the arrival of Ladder 12. Ladder 12 arrived and operated in exposure B. The crew operated for one hour. In the early hours of December 25th box 1212 was transmitted for a house on fire in Harmony Woods. Engine 12 arrived with smoke showing. A water supply was established and a attack line stretched. Rescue Engine 3 arrived. The inside team conducted the primary search while the outside team laddered the home and gave a C side report. Searches were negative. Units operated for 2 hours and 30 minutes. The occupant of the home was transported to the Christiana Trauma center. Later in the day on December 25th Box 1219 was sounded for a Townhouse on fire. Engine and Ladder 12 arrived to find smoke showing from the 2nd floor. A water supply was established and an attack line stretched. Ladder 12’s inside team conducted the primary search. The outside team ladders the townhouse and gave the side C report. The fire was knocked down and the searches were negative. Units operated for one hour. There were no injuries.
