Engine 3 and Ladder 12 were clearing a box alarm in the southern part of the district when a car fire was dispatched in Governor's Square. Engine 12 responded and extinguished the fire. Engine 3 and Ladder 12 were cleared.
On March 2nd Engine 12 responded to a fire alarm at the Hilton Hotel. While they were responding the 911 center received a call for a fire in the building. Engine 12 arrived with smoke showing. The fire was knocked down and units checked for extension and conducted searches. The fire was found to be in a dryer. Units remained on the scene for 1 hour. There were no injuries
