On Monday September 10th Box 0908 was transmitted for smoke in the basement of a private dwelling. Engine Company 9 arrived to find nothing showing but upon investigation the crew found smoke to the floor in the home with a report of fire in the basement. Engine 12 arrived second due and Rescue Engine 12 arrived as the Rescue Company. Engine 9 controlled the fire and all searches were negative. There were no injuries and units operated for one hour.
