In the past, Stephen has held the positions of Director. Stephen serves on the Life Safety Education & Fire Prevention committee. Stephen also has been awarded the Edward J. Laws Memorial Award. Firefighter/Fire Police. Steve currently serves as Safety Officer. Steve began his volunteer fire service in 1970 with Wilmington Manor Volunteer Fire Company, where he served as Rescue Lieutenant, Rescue Captain and Engine Captain. He has been awarded the Christiana Fire Company Fire Prevention Member of the Year, Member of the Year and Chief's Awards.
