Ray was hired full time in 2009 and was assigned to C-Shift.
He is also a member of the Elsmere Fire Company joining in 1998. During my time there I held the office of Rescue and EMS Captain. I was also a member of the New Castle County Haz Mat Decon team.
Ray was also a member of the Cranston Heights Fire Company and held the office of Fire Lieutenant.
In 2013, Ray joined the Delaware City Fire Company. I have held the office of Rescue Lieutenant and Engine Captain.
