While the 2360 box was winding down and companies were wetting down hot spots a 8 box was sounded for a commercial fire. CFC members came to the stations to staff Squad 12 and Engine 6 during the junk yard fire. Rescue Engine 12 and Squad 12 responded to the 8 box. Units arrived to find smoke showing. Squad 12 operated as the RIT company and Rescue Engine 12 as the second engine. Companies operated for 40 minutes.
