On November 20th Box 1233 was transmitted for a house fire in Glasgow Pines development. Deputy Chief 6 arrived with fire showing from the rear of the home. Engine 12 arrived and stretched an attack line. Ladder 12 arrived and conducted searches and ventilation. Aetna Hose Hook and Ladder Company of Newark, Wilmington Manor Fire Company, Delaware City Fire Company, Goodwill Fire Company of New Castle, Minquas Fire Company of Newport and New Castle County Paramedics assisted Christiana Fire Company. The fire was controlled and all searches were negative. One resident was transported to Christiana Trauma Center. . There were no firefighter injuries. Units remained on the scene for one hour and thirty minutes.
