On Tuesday night Tower 12, Special Operations 12 and Battalion 12 responded to assist the Mill Creek Fire Company as part of the High Angle and Confined Space Rescue Team with a reported technical rescue at a local carnival. A ferris wheel experienced a mechanical failure and stopped during one of its rides. Tower 12 and Tower 11, New Castle County’s only two Seagrave Aerialscopes, worked side by side to safely remove passengers from the ride. #ChristianaFire #SeagraveFWD #Aerialscopes
