On Aug 25th at 2315 Christiana and area units were alerted for smoke inside the building at the Prides Court Apts. Engine 12 and Ladder 9 arrived to find an active alarm with a odor of smoke. The Truck crew forced the door and found smoke to the floor. The small fire was quickly extinguished and searches were negative. Crews cleared in 45 minutes. On Aug 30th at 2137 hours a box alarm was transmitted for Inverness Ci in Windsor Forest. Engine 12 and Ladder 28 arrived to find nothing showing. Crews investigated and found a fire in the bathroom ceiling that had extended to the insulation and Ceiling. The fire was quickly extinguished and contained. And searches proved negative. Crews remained in service for 30 minutes.
