On Wednesday October 26th E3 and L12 were alerted to New London Rd in Downtown Newark for a private dwelling fire. Engine 9 arrived with smoke showing. Ladder 12 arrived and conducted the primary search, threw Ladders and gave a side C report. The fire was quickly extinguished and the searches proved negative. Engine 12 arrived and stood by until released by command. Christiana units cleared in about 30 minutes. One injury was transported by EMS.
