On August 28th at 1931 hours Box 1233 was transmitted for a Townhouse fire in the Amberfield Townhouse development. Engine 3 arrived first to find smoke showing. The crew established a water supply and deployed an attack line to the front door. Squad 12 arrived next and assumed first special service. The crew split into the outside and inside crew. A side C report was given by the squad’s OV while the interior crew got started on the 1st floor search. Engine 6 and Ladder 12 arrived next. Engine 6 got a backup line stretched and Ladder 12 split their crew and supported the Squad. The 1st hose line quickly controlled the fire. Searches were negative. There was no extension to the neighboring townhouses. There were also no injuries.
