Three crashes and a Fire - Christiana

On Oct 17th at 1517 hours Rescue/Engine 12 and Ambulance 3 were alerted to I95NB at South College Ave on Box 0995 for a vehicle crash with two people trapped. Rescue/Engine 124 and Deputy Chief 6 were clearing a CO alarm and responded. Deputy Chief 9 arrived and found one trapped with two injuries. Engine 9 arrived and extricated the patient as CFC units arrived. Two patients were transported to Christiana Trauma center. Christiana units cleared in 30 minutes. On Oct 18th at 0355 Engine 3 and Rescue 12 were alerted as part of the 3rd alarm to 460 Willow Drive in Elkton MD. Engine 3 and Rescue/Engine 12 responded with 4 each. Engine 3 arrived and was assigned to Exposure D2. They checked for extension and overhauled the area. Rescue Engine 12 arrived and was detailed to the rear. Units worked for 45 minutes before being released by command. Thanks to Engine 23 and Squad 18 for responding to the CO alarm while CFC operated at this fire. On Oct 19th at 2025 Christiana Fire Company was alerted to a MVC on Pulaski Hwy at Fairwinds. The MVC was reported as a car overturned with a person trapped. Rescue /Engine 12 and 3 responded with A12,B12 and Medic 2D. Units arrived to find one person trapped. Units went to work extricating one patient. The person was removed and quickly transported by A12 and Medic 2 to the Christiana Trauma center. On October 20th at 0437 Christiana Fire Company was alerted with Medic 6C, Command 6 and the Paramedic sergeant to a MVC with one person trapped. The crash was located on Summit Bridge Rd (Rt 896) near Hodson VoTech. Medic 6C and Ambulance 6 arrived to find one patient trapped with a total of two patients. Engine 66 and Rescue /Engine 3 arrived and quickly extricated the patient. Ambulance 6 and Ambulance 12 transported one patient each with advanced life support to the Christiana trauma center. Units remained on the scene for 45 minutes.
