On 11/19/13 at 0922 Christiana Fire Company was dispatched to a motorcycle crash on Pulaski Hwy and Church Rd. Ambulance 6 arrived to find a motorcycle trapped under a utility trailer. Engine 12,Ladder 12 and Engine 6 arrived and extricated the patient. The trailer was cribbed and a spreaders were used to lift the trailer. The patient was transported in critical condition to Christiana trauma center with Medic 6 and Ambulance 6. On 11/20/13 Box 1217 was sounded for a house on fire with people trapped in Valley Wood. Engine 12 and Ladder 12 arrived together to find fire showing from a two story private dwelling. Engine 12 established a water supply and stretched an attack line. The Ladder company completed searches and got ladders placed. Searches proved negative and the attack line was backed out of the home due to structural instability. Company's operated for 4 hours completing overhaul and assisting in the investigation. There were no injuries. On 11/22/13 Box 1214 was alerted for a MVC on I95 NB at Christiana Rd. Engine 12 arrived to find one confined. The crew extricated one person. Two patients were taken to Christiana trauma center by A23 and A12. On 11/22/13 Box 1218 was transmitted for a MVC trapped on Pulaski Hwy at Fairwinds. Engine 12 and Ladder 12 were on I95 and were clearing another MVC. Both units arrived to find 3 patients and one trapped. One patient was extricated from a car. All patients were transported to Christiana Trauma center with A12,A28,B3 and Medic 2C. Units cleared in 40 minutes. On 11/24/13 Box 1223 was alerted to a MVC at Church Rd and Pulaski Hwy. Engine 3 and Engine 12 arrived to find one trapped. A side wall removal was completed and the patient was taken to Christiana Trauma center via Ambulance 6. Units cleared in 40 minutes.
