On November 3rd a 13 box was transmitted for a house fire. The 911 center was was receiving multiple calls.At the same time Engine 12 was clearing a service call. Engine 12 switched to the non working fire channel and advised the 911 center they are heading north for a cover assignment. While going to the cover up Engine 12 was reassigned to the working fire. The Engine operated for thirty minutes. After clearing the fire Engine 12 was reassigned to cover sub station 13.
